Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ZaynCore, operated by Zawad Ibne Zafar Sadman. By using ZaynCore you agree to them.
The service
- ZaynCore provides learning content, simulations, labs, exams, team missions, grade tracking and an AI study assistant for BTC 200 • Intro to Information Systems.
- Features may change, be improved or be removed over time.
Accounts and roles
- You must sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure.
- Professor and admin roles are granted by ZaynCore administrators and must only be used for legitimate teaching purposes.
Academic integrity
- Exams must be completed by you alone, following your professor's rules. Exam activity such as answers and timing is recorded.
- Team mission work should reflect your real contribution.
- Zawad AI is a study aid. Its answers may be wrong and must not be used to cheat.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, share join codes publicly, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Grades and disclaimers
- Grade GPS and other estimates are guidance only. Your official grade is set by your professor and institution.
- ZaynCore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in New York.
Changes
- We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
